Frequently asked questions

You do not need a bachelor in social work (BSW) to apply for this program. However, if you do have one you can apply to be in the Advanced Standing MSW program. As an Advance Standing student your program will be shorter as you're coming in with social work knowledge and experience. Work with our team to learn more.

We have a field placement coordinator who will help you find the right experience. Depending on what track you are in you'll need either 900 hours or if you are in the Advanced Standing program, you will need 450 hours of placement. It usually averages about 16 hours per week.

Currently this program has courses online and at our Mequon campus.
