Bachelor's degree in early childhood education

Develop and build your skills and knowledge to meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of infants and children (birth - 3rd grade). You will learn the latest strategies and theories from teachers currently practicing in early childhood.

  • Accelerated 8-week courses

Online bachelor's in elementary education

Our online elementary education program prepares you for versatile teaching experiences with students from kindergarten through freshman year of high school. Gain a solid foundation of knowledge and skills in the core subject areas.

There is the option to teach K-12 students with a bachelor's and license in special education cross categorical. This will give you the ability to work with students that have intellectual disabilities (ID), specific learning disabilities (SLD), and emotional behavioral disabilities (EBD). 

Online bachelor's in secondary education

Our online bachelor's in secondary education prepares you to teach late elementary school students through high school seniors. Select a concentration that aligns with your skills and interests to teach a core subject of a school's curriculum.

    • English and Language Arts
    • Social Studies

Gain classroom skills through our practicum and student teaching courses.

Over the course of our program, you will have fieldwork experiences through practicums and student teaching. Classroom training starts in semester one so that you can develop the skills and strategies to student teach in your final semester. 

Background checks are required before you begin any field experiences. You will need a cooperating teacher in a regular school with a valid teaching license, at least 3 years of experience, and they need to have been in teaching in their current building for at least a year.
