District Administrator (Superintendent) license:
Do already have your master's and are looking to become a District Administrator along with earning your EdD? Fifteen credits from our District Administrator licensure program can transfer into our EdD program, meaning you'll only have 45 credits left to complete.

Financial & Economic Management
A DBA in finance will allow you to study how financial and economic theory impacts global and regional organizations. You’ll graduate well-versed in business and industry with the tools to stay current with trends while applying the concepts to organizational structure and productivity.
Organizational PERFORMANCE & CHANGE
Looking for a DBA in leadership? Look no further! Learn the applied methods and theories addressing organizational improvement. Graduate with the skills you need to improve productivity and effectiveness while minimizing resistance to change at the employee, team, and organizational levels while unleashing your expertise. This is ideal for you if you see yourself in HR, learning & development, C-suite, consulting, etc.

Earn your DBA
All but dissertation
Our new All But Dissertation pathway provides an opportunity for students who began their doctorate and completed all of the required coursework at another university except the doctoral dissertation.
How does it work?
- Credit structure
- Incoming students can transfer up to 30 credits into the DBA program.
- 30 additional credits are required to graduate:
- 24 credits will be accomplished through research courses, helping you write your dissertation
- 6 topical credits
- Collaborate with other DBA students in one three-day residency held in either January or July of the year you begin.
- Your faculty advisor will guide you through seven dissertation courses so you make consistent progress from day one.
- The average length of completion is 1.5 years.
- Upon dissertation completion, you will graduate with a Doctorate in Business Administration.
