Concordia University Wisconsin’s Continuing Education Studies, in collaboration with the Batterman School of Business, offers Microlearning Workshops designed to deliver practical, high-impact professional development in a convenient format. These one-hour, virtual workshops are led by experienced faculty and industry experts who bring real-world insight and subject-matter expertise to each session.
Offered online and scheduled to fit your organization’s needs, these workshops meet you and your employees at a time that works best for your schedule. Workshops are available at a cost of $35 per participant, with a minimum of 10 participants per session.

This workshop equips participants with practical tools for forming and leading action teams that drive projects forward. Participants will learn how to define clear outcomes, assign roles, set expectations, and maintain accountability so teams move efficiently from planning to execution. The focus is on small, purpose-driven teams that deliver results within defined timeframes.
DiSC in Action: Strengthening Communication, Leadership, and Collaboration-This offering is NOT one hour long and will require more attention and time.
This interactive DiSC workshop helps participants understand their DiSC style and how it influences communication, leadership, and teamwork. Using participants’ individual DiSC profiles, the session focuses on recognizing style differences, reducing miscommunication, and intentionally adapting behavior to improve collaboration and workplace effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on practical, real-world application rather than personality theory. This workshop will take place over two meeting dates and includes a required DiSC assessment that participants will complete prior to the first workshop session. Workshop pricing will vary and will include the assessment fee.
